At HiPulse, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and most of mainland Europe, including Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Poland.
Multiple Warehouse System
We operate two distribution warehouses to ensure optimal shipping of our products. All heated clothing ships from one warehouse, while power banks and any products containing batteries ship from another warehouse for safety and regulatory compliance.
Important: If your order contains both heated clothing AND a power bank, heated gloves, or heated socks, you will receive your order in two separate shipments. Both shipments are free of charge.

International Shipping Information
To provide free shipping and deliver your order as quickly as possible, all orders are dispatched from distribution centers located overseas. We make every effort to ensure smooth customs clearance and minimize any potential delays or additional fees.
Customs and Import Duties
While we do everything possible to ensure you do not experience unexpected charges when your order arrives, please be aware that customs fees, import duties, or taxes may be levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are determined by local authorities and are beyond our control. HiPulse does not accept liability for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that you may be required to pay upon delivery.
To date, we have had minimal reports of customers encountering customs issues, but we recommend checking with your local customs office if you have concerns about potential charges.
Return to Sender Policy
If your item is returned to the sender due to any reason within your control, including but not limited to refused delivery, incorrect or incomplete address, invalid phone number, or failure to collect from a pickup location, a $15 USD (or local currency equivalent) reshipment fee will be charged.
Before we can resend your order, we will need to double-confirm your shipping address with both you and the courier to prevent future delivery issues. The process to resend the package will take approximately 2 weeks from the date of confirmation.

When will I receive my order?
Please refer to the shipping time tables above for estimated delivery timeframes based on your country and product type. These timeframes begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date of purchase.

I have not received my order yet. What should I do?
If you received a shipping notification and the maximum delivery timeframe for your country has been exceeded (as shown in the tables above), please contact us at info@hipulse.co and we will do our best to assist you in locating your order.
If the maximum delivery timeframe has not yet been exceeded, we kindly ask that you wait until that time has passed, as our team will be limited in their ability to assist before then.
Can you ship to my country if it is not listed?
If your country is not listed in our shipping tables and you would like to place an order, please contact us at info@hipulse.co. Provide us with your location and desired shipping destination, and we will investigate the possibility of shipping to you on a case-by-case basis. Please note that additional shipping costs may apply for non-standard destinations.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey to your address.
What if I need to change my shipping address?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@hipulse.co. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. Address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
